Our stock gear racks are all cut entirely on CNC machines, allowing us to provide competitively priced standard rack with tight tolerances on the tooth-to-tooth spacing, a nice machined finish on the teeth, and a steady pitchline-to-back dimension. All this translates into a smooth, steady ride for the pinion. Many gear racks are now available off-the-shelf in lengths up to 12 ft.
